You deserve to be the agent in your life, aligned and motivated
You’re trying so hard to be exist under systems that were at best not designed for you and at worst have been actively hostile. And I bet you’re absolutely sick of thinking and being told, “You just have to try harder!”
What you ‘just’ have to do is begin to fundamentally understand what you’re doing and how you’re doing it on a small scale, make meaningful shifts in your systems and strategies, and then expand to what you’re doing and how you’re doing it at the largest scale.
That’s where I come in! I’m your ADHD Coach!
I’ve been coaching years now (more than a decade if you count my work with parents during my time in education, which I do) and I want to help you align your neurology with you actions.
There are, in fact, rules that govern how you operate.
And you CAN learn those rules, and you CAN build systems and strategies (both internal and external) that will allow you to align your life with those rules and move it in whatever direction you want. And if you have no idea what you want?
We can talk about that, too!

Great question. It’s not therapy, it’s not getting yelled at with extra steps and artificial accountability measures. My coaching is for YOU. It’s a space for you to look at what you’re doing and how you’re doing it, unpack it as much as you want, REMOVE THE SHAME, and immediately apply what we talk about to your life and the lives of those you care about.

Wow, another excellent question. There’s no part of your life that isn’t affected by your neurotype. So: if it’s important to you, we’ll talk about it! Want some examples?
Emotional Regulation (often the major sticking point between you and what you’re trying to do)
Time Management (specifically for YOU and YOUR brain)
Motivation, Activation, Interruption Strategies (same same!)
Hardcore Tools and Systems you can build to make your life look the way you want

Historically I’ve been most successful with Young Adults seeking meaning and direction, Adults looking to make real changes to their lives at work and at home, and Parents struggling with showing up for themselves and their kids.
I also have a good track record with people who suspect they may be Autistic as well as ADHD. If you think that might be you please give me a call and I can at least send you some resources!
